Trask-Decrow Transfers Plant Air Compressor Assets to Ingersoll-Rand

Trask-Decrow Machinery

Trask-Decrow Machinery (TDM) recently transferred the plant air compressor portion of their business to Ingersoll-Rand Company. TDM has been an Ingersoll-Rand (IR) distributor since 1983 and is proud to share the same values of ensuring that customer needs are met before, during and after the sale.

TDM was founded in 1983 by Neal Trask and Chuck Decrow, TDM represented the air power, pump group, portable power and air tool and hoist divisions of Ingersoll-Rand. Neal sold his share of the business in 2001 when a new ownership team was formed comprised of Chuck Decrow, Ralph Wallace, Greg Scott and Jake Decrow. This new team continued its compressed air sales but also grew the pump business throughout New England. Ingersoll-Rand sold its portable equipment business to Doosan and TDM continued to grow that portion and brand as well.

TDM will maintain its industrial pump, process air, vacuum, breathing air as well as gas and diesel portable utility equipment business. Trask-Decrow Machinery and Ingersoll-Rand will share the same physical location at 52 US Route 1 in Scarborough, Maine and both companies will provide the same excellent service that its customers have come to expect.
